Rang a ceathair

The girls from Rang a Ceathair had a wonderful day out in Mayfield GAA last Friday. They showed lots of determination, skill and enthusiasm when competing against all the teams in their pool. They scored lots of fantastic goals and always had a smile on their faces despite the rain. Take a look at the team photo of Scoil Bhailenora's future stars!

Last week in Maths we were busy learning all about data. We learnt how to use tallies, draw a bar chart, line graph and interpret information from a pie chart. We surveyed each other asking different questions and we also visited each class to the same. Take a look at us gathering some data!!

Rang a Ceathair have been very busy since coming back to school. We have been learning all about The Race to Space, The Solar System and Tereshkova, the first woman in space. We have been reading lots of different books in class and made some monster bookmarks to help us remember what page we are on! Take a Look; This week we have been learning all about the Irish Rugby Teams national anthem and with the World Cup just around the corner, we have been busy brushing up on learning the words so we can sing along on Sunday morning!
